About New member topic subject!! Word "Noob"

hey, i have a complaint regarding the new member subject message....
this is for "noobs"
i think this is very ofensive for someone that actually just "GAINED" access to this clan and by gaining access it showed he/she is not a NOOB
i think we never should call any of our member a nOOb but we should respect all no matter what level one is.

that only making us stronger and greater....

Example: instead of a harsh "noob" word, we should lift each other up and make the difference
